Delivery Information

To insure that your furniture arrives in excellent condition, High Country Furniture contracts with furniture delivery specialists whose expertise is delivering furniture. Whether you live across town or across the country, you can rest assured that your order will arrive in pristine condition.

White Glove Delivery

Our furniture delivery and installation specialists are professionals well experienced in furniture delivery and installation. Once your furniture is ready for delivery, you will receive a call to schedule a convenient time to accept your furniture. On the day of delivery, a team of furniture specialists will place the items in the room of your choice and assemble each piece. It couldn't be easier or more convenient.

Ground Shipping

When possible, smaller items ship with a Ground Shipping company such as FedEx or UPS.  These items will be delivered to your door and may require minor assembly.  For information on how a specific product will ship, please contact customer service at 866-926-1722. 

Shipping to Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii:

We are able to ship to most areas of Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii using UPS or a Furniture Delivery Service.  Free shipping promotions do not apply to deliveries to Alaska, Canada, or Hawaii.  Please call for shipping rates.

We do not collect any duties or taxes on shipments to Canada. It is the recipientís responsibility to pay any duties and taxes. Contact your customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes.

Damage Free Guarantee

Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.  If there is any damage or defect, note it on the signed delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to remedy the situation by repairing or replacing the piece.

Simple Returns

If you wish to return any item for any reason other than delivery damage or defect, please contact us within 5 days.  We will arrange for the delivery of the item back to our warehouse.  Once we receive the item back in new condition, we will refund you minus the shipping and handling fees. Special order and clearance items are non-refundable.
