We know the furniture we sell goes some place truly special - right into your home. That's why we want you to be 100% satisfied with your High Country purchase. Customers will receive a full refund if the item is returned within 24 hours of purchase. Store credit will be given to customers that return their item within five days of purchase. Special orders and clearance items are non-refundable.

If you find an item priced lower at a competitor's website, we will not only match the competitor's price, but we will beat it!
