Product Description Inspired by the breathtaking three-tiered Linville Falls, the most famous waterfall in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Bynum Bluff Accent Chair has a channeled back that creates a scalloped shape on the upholstered arms. The plush seat and back are upholstered in the neutral Merino Cotton, while the wood frame is finished in the soft smoked gray Mink color.

Characterized by its rustic, weathered finish and clean lines paired with organic grain patterns, Linville Falls is constructed with split oak solids and veneers and has an overall organic aesthetic. It is featured in a soft Smoked Gray finish mixed with a Charred Black finish that is achieved through Shou Sugi Ban, a Japanese technique that creates an elegant burnt wood look. Its moderate scaling and fresh silhouettes offer a refreshing juxtaposition mixing old with new.

Frame Construction Hooker Furniture uses carefully chosen solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products in our furniture construction. Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.
